Take Action to Save Skyline Forest
It’s time to Save Skyline Forest. Between Cascade peaks to the west and a vast expanse of High Desert to the east, Skyline Forest stretches from Bend to Sisters across 33,000 acres of intact forestland. This landscape provides critical wildlife habitat, supports local water quality through a network of springs and streams, and provides Central Oregonians with bountiful opportunities for outdoor adventure.
This beloved forest faces an uncertain future. Skyline Forest is privately owned and currently for sale. That’s why the community-driven Save Skyline Forest campaign is working to protect this place from large-scale, luxury development, improve wildfire safety, and sustain public access.
Together, we can protect Skyline Forest for wildlife, wildfire safety, water quality, and outdoor access that is paramount to the well-being of Central Oregonians and our communities.
